Our work is based exclusively on the ADSp (latest version).

The ADSp clause 23 limit the liability by law (§ 431 HGB) for damage/loss to 5 EUR/kgs for damage/loss within the forwarders custody; for multimodal transports including ocean freight to 2 SDR/kgs and beyond it to 1 million or 2 million EUR or 2 SDR/kgs, whichever is the greater amount, for each claim or event of damage/loss. We don't perform customs clearance on our own behalf, but exclusively on behalf and per authorization of the customer. Insurance will only be covered when advised in written form. Place of fulfilment and jurisdication is in any case Berlin-Charlottenburg.

We point out, that the delivered shipments may come under arrangements to protect the aviation law (§20a, 29c aviation law).
